  • How can I check if my date is available?
    Please complete our contact form or email us at hello@koalasleepovers and we will be in touch within 24 hours to let you know availability.
  • How do I book a Koala Sleepover?
    You can complete an online enquiry via our contact form or send us an email at hello@koalasleppovers.co.uk. We will contact you via email with booking and payment information.
  • What ages are your sleepovers for?
    We have no age limit.
  • How long do I have the tents for?
    The standard hire period is up to 24 hours. Extended hire times can be negotiated and will be subject to availability. Koala Sleepovers will arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver and collect.
  • How much space does each tent require?
    The total space we need for each tent and mattress is approximately 90cm x 140cm. Please allow an additional 40cm for the breakfast tray if you wanted them at the end of bed. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure the space with large enough to accommodate tents and guests.
  • How long does it take to set up a Koala Sleepovers Party?
    We try to be as fast as possible. We do have a lot to do in a short period of time so, we kindly ask that no guests or children are in the set up area. Please make sure the carpet or floor is clean before we set up. We take between 60 to 90 minutes to set up.
  • Can the tents be set up outdoors?
    Unfortunately they are not waterproof so they can only be used indoors.
  • Do I need to supply power?
    No. All of our lights are battery operated.
  • Is bedding provided?
    Yes, we include a duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillow covers, fitted sheet and mattress. All bedding is washed using non-biological washing powder.
  • What themes do you do?
    We currently have the following themes; - Go Wild - Under the Sea - Chasing Rainbows - Pirates - Of Gold and Dust - Secret Garden - Unicorn Magic
  • What payment is required?
    We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining of your balance is due 7 days before your party date. We require a £50 security deposit which will be refunded once equipment has fully inspected and undamaged. The cost of replacement of any damaged items or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment via BACS. We will provide details at the time of booking.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    If you cancel 2 weeks from the date of the party you will forfeit the deposit. You can, however, reschedule to another date to retain your deposit. Cancellation of a booking 7 days of less from the party date will forfeit the full balance of the booking.
  • What happens if something gets damaged?
    If items are damaged beyond repair the cost of the replacement item will be taken from your deposit.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes, we have full public liability insurance.
